The owner has even been known to hand deliver the items at times! You don't get this type of quality service anymore when looking for quality menswear. Staff is not snobby or aloof, like in some Newbury Street locales. Really down to earth and will take care of your every need, from a tie to a whole wedding party! Can not speak highly enough of them!
