Chris was very friendly and helpful, and not too pushy like many bed stores. Update - we spent a couple months on our mattresses and regretted not getting a softer model. Lisa helped us upgrade our Technogel mattresses, honoring the sale discount we received at initial purchase, and waived an additional delivery fee. We are super happy with RTB and love our Technogel bed.
